Washing features

I think it spins at 800 on the 15 minute cycle not sure about 30 but definately 1400 on the 59 cycle

This is a Smart device so can diagnose problems via an app and can be controlled and monitored from your phone and gives notifications i.e when finished (i use this its very useful but appreciate some people may not). The addwash feature is ace! We use it all the time for littleones clothes especially. The adwash door certainly isnt flimsy very sturdy and well constructed and also has child lock on it. Brill!

Just read the comments above.. 3 hour washes? Where did that information come from? This does a 15 minute quick wash and a 30 min quick wash at 40 degrees. It also has a full load cycle speed wash at 59 minites which is the whole lot. Sure if you want to do a bubble soak extra dirty extra rince extra spin cycle its about 2.5 hours bit really no need. Would recommend over my old lg not sire about the newer ones.

Thanks for that, I'd ordered the LG from Argos but they let me down on delivery by attempting to deliver at the wrong address then returning it to their depot, so I think I'll probably go for this instead... Just want the quick cycles tbh so a 15 and 30 minute option sounds ideal... I don't suppose you happen to know whether it spins at 1400 on the quick wash cycles? Been nearly two weeks without a washing machine and I'm running out of clothes :') Thanks.

Been reading some reviews, I only ever do short washes... think I'll stick with the LG rather than the 3hrs odd cycles offered by this.

Same here re short washes which we probably use 90% of the time as little of our washing is ever more than just lightly soiled. In fact, our choice of washing machine these days depends more on what A+++ energy rated machine offers the best value for money combination of a full load short wash programme with a fast spin speed at a decent price which would probably count this model out for me.

I recently bought a Samsung washing machine. I swear these people leaving reviews about long wash times don't know how to change programme. Daily wash is an hour. Quick wash is 14 minutes, but it's not designed for a full load.
You can program everything, temperature, how many times it rinses, what speed it spins at. If you don't like the time, you can play with the settings until you do. I expect this one is similar. Hotter washes take a little longer, but how often does one really use a 60 degree wash? *shrugs*
Can't work out what this one does that my £399 one doesn't though, apart from Add Wash. Seems fairly pointless to me. It's a flimsy plastic door that lets you taint all your other washing for the sake of one odd sock. Which will probably get stuck in the door anyway outside of a laundry bag.
Not that I am trying not change your mind, the LG machines look fine also :smile:

This also comes with 2 warranties. Register online for 5 years on the parts and labour and it has a secondary 10 year garuntee on the digital inverter motor.

I own this machine and annoyingly paid £600 a few months ago hopefully this will help someone get it for a steal. Brilliant quiet machine considered to be one of the best brands on the market. Replaced my LG direct drive for this and very happy.
