Oddly Amazon make you change the delivery on all items to standard delivery to enable the code to work. However if you just go back to the order once complete you can change the delivery option to expedited at no extra cost (obviously only relevant to Prime members).

Well I made the most of the codes with this. I ordered Mario Rabbids, Rayman Legends, One Piece Unlimited World Red and Lego Marvel Superheroes 2. The total is £150.96 which it takes £8 off for the £2 discount for prime members. Then I used the code VG20OFF150, bringing the total to £122.96 for all 4 games.
So works out about 18.5% off the total prices.
Rayman works out about £21.17 Mario Rabbids about £34.20 Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 about £32.58 One Piece Unlimited World Red about £35.01

Wow. Some of these switch thread comments aren't getting tedious at all! I'm going to forgo the guessing and obvious statement of it being more expensive on this platform and just paste this from nintendo:
"Exclusive to Nintendo Switch, the Kung Foot experience now offers a Solo Mode and a Tournament Mode for pitting up to eight teams against each other. You can also connect two consoles for playing in local co-op."
So yeah not much extra but not exactly sweet FA either. It's still an awesome game though. If you haven't bought this before and/or realise this is probably going to be great game for a handheld experience then I would say worth a go!

Sweet FA would be my best guess. As usual Switch owners pay pretty much double the going rate again. Don't get me wrong it's an amazing game (I still long for a follow up) but i think it's a bit cheap and stingy of Ubisoft to only port the 2nd game in the series to Switch as Rayman Origins is a brilliant game too, Legends is slightly better but they could have done a ultimate collection or some such instead of just a cheap and lazy port of the sequel effectively preventing Switch owners from having both games....
