I opted in and made a qualifying purchase on the 26th. The normal cashback has tracked but not the bonus

hi, sorry I am a bit confuse, confirmation of the retailer, is it means the payout approval not just tracked/pending?
mine stated falls on 22.11.17 so the £2.50 would be show after that?
Thanks

Hi, you have to wait for the cashback to go to 'confirmed' status. I.e. Approved and ready to pay. Once this is achieved, the bonus should follow within 3 working days. If it doesn't just contact quidco and they'll resolve (in my experience the twitter team is the fastest way to do this)

Many thanks (and all the tips, much appreciated). I must remind myself to check it up at November later.

me too. Is this the normal practice to wait the payout of the purchase (mine states this cash back confirmation might fall on 22.11.17) then show I am qualify for the £2.50.
(so I have to pay more attention and not be forgetful... in case the £2.50 missing at end November!)

All these offers rely on cookies. Rather than incognito mode, use a different browser just for cashback purchases. I use edge, no adblock, and have it set so every time I close it it clears its cookies. Do all your research in Firefox/chrome/iron/opera/brave/Netscape navigator, then open other browser, login in to preferred cashback site Click store link Buy Profit???
This has just not failed in the last 6 years of doing things this way. I only started doing it when quidco denied a home insurance payout for £60, even after providing policy details.
Although I do prefer tcb, just no dramas, but quidco did payout on a load of bookie offers after nearly 20 months of the bookies trying to welch out on their cashback offers. That was in 2009!

I just googled whether incognito uses cookies and it seems it does:
"It essentially sets the cache path to a temporary folder. Cookies are still used, but everything starts "fresh" when the incognito window is launched. This applies all storage, including Cookies, Local Storage, Web SQL, IndexedDB, cache, etc.
Of course Chrome also leaves pages out of the browser's history"
If your have tcb and quidco accounts you could get £5 :raised_hand: ive done a few of these bonus offers and go through fine. Only one I had problem with, tweeted them and within half hour was looked into and resolved. Appreciate that lots of people have mentioned this though but if you know you earnt it, it's always best to contact quidco to resolve - their twitter team are awesome at sorting problems and pushing slow cashback through.

Can you go through both then for the same transaction or would you have to make two purchases separately to qualify?

No, you'll need to make 2 separate purchases to satisfy their terms.

hi, so you mean purchase in one transaction through quidco AND top cash (at the same time) and they both track and get paid? Thanks

26 Aug 17#23
No! That's not possible! If you want to make two purchases this weekend from participating retailers just do one via quidco then the other through tcb. Hence earning you two £2.50 bonus, one from each.

Have about £60 of these bonuses and uplifts that never paid out from Christmas even after a complaint. TCB has paid everything I'm owed conversely. I use Incognito every time to make sure the sale is attributable to them.

Incongnito mode prevents cookies being loaded, therefore Quidco wouldn't track

If cookies can't be loaded then how come I've been paid maybe 50+ times by Topcashback? Quidco have paid out plenty of times but it's the 'too good to be true' ones which don't pay...

Has anyone received the TCB £5 bonus earlier in year? they are claiming I didn't activate offer but that is just not true as I clicked through email to site then made the purchase (a purchase I would never have made without the bonus offer!). Bit of a con if all they have to say is 'didn't activate'!

Note that minimum spend is £10 + VAT (and excluding delivery) - so that makes it a bit less simple!

Not that tricky vat is 20% on £10 that is £2 that gives a total spend of £12 on goods. (I.e. before delivery costs)

ha ha - I can do the maths - but many people might have the £10 in their heads and get caught out - and there are people out there that won't even know what the VAT rate is
escortboy to snowee
25 Aug 17#14
Some items that you buy might be 0% VAT rated though. A £10 spend on books, or children's clothes for example?
Zero rate
Zero-rated means that the goods are still VAT-taxable but the rate of VAT you must charge your customers is 0%. You still have to record them in your VAT accounts and report them on your VAT Return. Examples include:
books and newspapers
children’s clothes and shoes
motorcycle helmets

I get paid most times but they have some dodgy retailers who will never pay. No matter you do as they say. Mobiles.co.uk never pay and reviews are mostly 1 stars but they are still there. I'm waiting over 6 months and doesn't look good :disappointed:
