Yes, I also got a cancellation email from them as well. Personally I don't think that they had a problem not having the actual stock to send. I think that they had messed up by offering free delivery in their listing, as opposed to £3.50, so are cancelling peoples orders :rage:

Yeah I've literally just had the email from Office and have a yodel tracking number.
So it seems they cancelled some orders and not others, and maybe I was caught up in the middle and got lucky.

Ordered chestnut, thanks. Does anyone know an effective way of cleaning suede shoes like these? I love how they look but find that if someone steps on them or get dirty they are impossible to restore.

Ensure they are dry and use a brush to give them a good scrub, something similar to one you'd use to polish shoes but obviously without anything on.
