Ive been with these for about 8 months, I get 4gb for £10 with the 1500 mins and unlimited texts, might give them a shout to see about getting a better deal
Btw the 4g is fantastic on these, piggyback EE which has the best 4g coverage

You can get better. We are on unlimited mins, unlimited texts and 5gb data with plusnet. Switched to it two months ago by using online live chat.

Yeah I phoned last week and got that deal mate, well 1500 minutes but I never use anywhere near that many

I can't see anyway to turn this into an 8gb data offer for £10. The agent on livechat was equally lost.

If you scroll down the £10 one is for 2Gb so therefore its 3gb for free
I can't belive this isn't a pound how dare mobile networks rip us off etc... Yawn about 5 years ago you would have paid about £25 for something like this. If you don't think its acceptable then don't buy it. No one is forcing you
It isn't for exisiting customers

Life Mobile, now PlusNet, were doing U/U/6GB for £15 2 years ago. Tarriffs are going up, or stagnating. So no, you wouldn't have paid £25 for this deal 5 years ago.

Life mobile used to offer 3g only. 4g only started sometime in 2016 and shortly after they were taken over by plusnet. But I agree most people are getting overcharged when prices should be coming down more.

Nice deal if I could get one of these plusnet deals to go through. I get an error message every time I try and pay and have tried different cards, different browsers, internet explorer, chrome, my mobile, but get the same error every time. Have seen the error mentioned here before, does anyone know of a fix? Thanks

Give them a ring and do it over the phone.

There's currently £17.50 cashback to be had through Quidco which I'd rather try and retain if possible.

Is porting a number straight forward with Plusnet?
steford to gslgregory
10 Aug 17#28
Took them 3 working days to port a number for me from Virgin.
Last Sunday I put the PAC through by text message meaning it would be processed Monday for a Tuesday port. At 6PM on the Tuesday I called and they said hang tight which was odd I thought. On Wednesday morning I called again and they said it was being done manually for some reason. Went through on Wednesday afternoon.
They were pretty good at answering the phone I must admit.

Good value shame about customer service as impossible to hold anyone- need to wait 45 mins at least - previous experience.

what sort of data speeds do you guys get on this? Just moved over from BT Fibre to Plusnet Fibre so my BT sim (20Gb data - i generally use around 5-10 most months) will go up in price to £21. This sounds ideal. Can you tether, and are the speeds good? Is it in their contract to increase the price every year by rate of inflation? Good thing about BT Sim only is they have kept it same price the 18 or so months Ive been with them

I can see it at the top of the list for non existing customers. Hot.
I'm on an 8.50 deal for 3.5gb (I think - I seem to change it every other month) so this is decent value.... If you need the data. Seeing as I barely break 1.5gb I may even downgrade (again).

I Think you get more if you are a plusnet customer already. I took out the 500mins and 1000txts 2gb data deal for £5.00. As I was a customer for broadband they gave and extra 250mins.
Opening post
30 day contract
