The price has gone back up before my reservation has become available. Will they honour the £99??

Can anyone tell if this is significantly better then this, as the price difference is significant: direct.asda.com/geo…874

Dont have much knowledge about steam generator irons but can anyone tell how it compares to this: direct.asda.com/geo…874
As this asda one seems to be almost on par with big price difference. Thanks

I can't see how this is such a great deal. It was only £10 more not so long ago and that deal went cold hotukdeals.com/dea…987 and now just because its £10 cheaper it's suddenly a bargain. not voting either, probably wait and see what black friday brings.

I have the phillips perfect care version, makes life very easy as no need to change any settings, one heat iron everything, no chance of burning stuff, typical bloke................suits me!

Those with no heat setting are good. This isn't one of them though.

Do you have to use a limescale cartridge in this one? It's the one thing that put me off a Morphy Richards one I was previously going to purchase. Would have cost an absolute fortune to run each year.

Looking into these now...are they really worth the money over a good £30 steam iron?

Simple answer yes

I paid £75 for a different Philips one... its honestly worth every penny! I've previously had 2 Bosch steam generators and a Russell Hobbs one, this is by far my best and makes ironing almost pleasant!

If you're only ironing one or 2 things then it's not for you as the time it takes to heat these up you'll have finished. If however you're ironing for a family etc then this is great as the steam pressure is so high it'll iron both sides in one go cutting down the time it would normally take you to iron
