Very good find considering most places would charge more than this for 1. Well done OP.
95p for 8 and I haven't noticed them to be any worse than branded. I also stock on AA and AAA batteries as they are a good price to IIRC

I have an Ikea 8 pack and found them very sub par compared to the panasonic / energizer ones. Use them in a bluetooth device and Ikea ones were only lasting 2-3 weeks at most, but the others were lasting over 2 months. Maybe just a dodgey batch from Ikea?

I know people do some strange things on here but I don't think anyone would travel 10 miles out of their way just to go and pick a packet of batteries up, but saying that...I walk 5 miles a day for nothing, if I could get 35p for doing it I would :stuck_out_tongue:

When I took my last car in for service (Kia) they told me the battery on my fob was running low. I asked how much for a new one and was told something in the region of £10. Needless to say I popped into Home Bargains and bought a multi pack for peanuts.
Handy deal as Argos stores are fairly ubiquitous.

Window broke in my house. Glazier wanted £80 to fix. I took the frame off & bought the glass for £20. Garage wanted £50 to supply & fit my brake pads. I bought them for £18 and did it myself. Gardener wants £20 to mow my lawn. I did it with £2 in petrol.
Duh. If you want someone to do something for you of course there needs to something in it for them.
