I think it's amazing. One of the best things i've ever bought. It's so easy to get around on - easier than a bike as it's smaller. I go to work on it most days and keep it folded up under my desk. Had so many people approach me wanting to know more about it too. The range is definitely more than enough

Haven't been able to test the range in full yet. I did do a 7 mile round trip last weekend and there was still about 35% left. I don't use the eco mode much so in normal mode in drains the batteries the most

Quick question, what if you use it on the pavement as a normal kick scooter and do not switch on the electric motor? Is that still illegal? Or will it only becomes illegal once you activate the motor?

Glad they turned up and you're having a good experience with them. I was getting a bit worried a couple of weeks ago that nobody seemed to know where their orders were. I didn't bite the bullet in the end but kinda wish I had.
What I'm really interested in is the Xiaomi e-bike but no idea how they'll get that into the country duty free...

I think the ebike is end of line now. I was also trying to get hold of one. I'd imagine they could get it into Europe. Clearly they ship via snail-mail to Poland, and UPS the rest of the way. Given how ours were shipped, I wouldn't be surprised if it were via container.
As far as the M365 goes, a quick update. I took it out for a proper blast yesterday evening, roughly 5-6 miles hills etc. It did very very well, handled inclines (once you're up to speed) well, ride it quite good. If anything it was the fat thing on it that made a few mistakes - don't drop off curbs as there's no real suspension, and don't try and use a major round-about :smile:

Mine is great. Only had a quick go. Handled inclines no problem at all but that might be due to my weight. Brakes needed tightening up but other than that everything's been really good.

Yeah you have to push off a bit before it will kick in and power up. I had the same thing didn't know what was going on with it thought it may need a charge but it was all good now.

Nah. Only the breaks (easy).
FYI you have to kick off before it'll start. I was having a WTF moment when trying it in my garage - wouldn't move.
I've also discovered it's a bit feeble up hills. It wouldn't go up my drive without assistance - I was looking online, it looks like you have to get it up to speed, and assist which is a bit of a shame.
Also, get the Segway app, not the mi app.

I'm really tempted by these but because its classed as a moped then legally it has to be registered and insured to use on he road. You also have to wear a helmet. I think it's unlikely you'd get stopped, but I'm not sure a minimum potential fine of £300 and 6 points is worth the risk

Haha good luck registering a micro scooter for road use. You putting plates, lights and indicators on it too? I'm sure you also sold your push bike because the risk of getting fined for going on the pavement was just too high!

The law needs changing IMO. A bike with the same specification (15.5mph and 250kw motor) needs none of this. Would be great for commuting and could pop it under my desk at work. Leaving a bike outside means it's a target for being stolen. CCTV is not a sufficient to stop people stealing them.
Guess I'll have to continue using the car....
