The only things I've been disappointed with that I've owned from Xiaomi have been 2 pairs of headphones. Both failed after a month. I'll still be their gear but just not their headphones.

Oh really? Well don't buy these then, or any products from Banggood, as they were the sellers! No, they were just duds.

I wouldn't buy anything from Banggood anymore. They failed to deliver my goods (the first time I ordered) and refuse to help sort the problem out.
I've had much better experience and goods from gearbest.

Own a pair of these. Been around 9 months. Sound is brilliant and they are extremely comfortable. Much better than mid-range Sony's that I've previously owned

I have posted before regarding this, but i still think the previous generation of these were better (the hybrids), despite these still being good. The Hybrids are perhaps not quite as balanced but listening to them side by side these go missing altogether on low frequencies. My friends and i have all stocked up on the hybrids.

12 Aug 17#12
That's what makes them better, same with the piston 3s, not overly bassy, headache inducing like early Xiaomis
wraypa1 to b1g1an
13 Aug 17#34
Ah yes but I think these turned it down too much. They are actually just missing sounds at the low end altogether. The cutoff is high enough to mean bits of songs actually go missing imho.

How you listen to music is a case of personal taste everybody is different. I find these excellent i listen to all sorts of music so i use these with poweramp music app so i have different set up for different types of music,my favourite being heavy metal and when i listen to say black sabbath or osy osbourne prince of darkness i have the lower frequencies up little for bit more bass the guitar solo's are superb sounding and vocals crisp and clear. Then a different equaliser set up for say Simon and Garfunkle again superb sounding. Anyway at £15 a pop well worth trying you will not be disappointed

Have both hybrid and hybrid pro. Don't know why but I still find the pistons to be much better. I prefer both the piston 3 and the piston basic over these. These just don't sound as good. Especially looking at the price, the basic for £5 are amazing value.

Hi.. Can you pls provide a link for the basic one.. There are so many out there.. It's confusing
These are the ones, they renamed them to 'fresh'. These in my opinion are on par with the piston 3, maybe even slightly better.

These are great headphones with a good sound. Though I now use them as backup pair after I purchased these ones from Amazon on a lighting deal: amazon.co.uk/gp/…c=1 I found them to have a better sound than Xiaomi and they never fall off my ears which is a new experience for me lol

My piston 3's are nearly 2 years old now and still going strong, beating every single earphones that I've tried so far in that price range. Bought them for £9, probably one of the best purchases ever. As for the hybrids, I've never got a chance to try them, but voting hot for the price.

I own these - best sound ever!
I didn't like the buds that came with them though as they kept slipping out of my ear. The headphones are still attached to the ears but not as deep as they should be to produce good sound. I used the earbuds that came with my HTC phone's headphones many years ago and they're fantastic now.
For £15 it's a steal - they comfortably compete with headphones in the £100-£150 range.

Also love these for sound but not enjoying the buds falling out my ear. Didn't realise you could replace them with another. If anyone can recommend replacement rubber buds that fit these and are more comfortable that'd be nice.

12 Aug 17#29
1more actually make these for xiaomi they make all the audio products for xiaomi. Xiaomi heavily invested in 1more on that company's startup and hence they make all xiaomi audio products They have done this with loads of Chinese company's another is Huami who make all xiaomi wrist ware like amazfit smartwatch and mi band, and another is Yi who make the camera's Xiaomi themselves only make phones and tablets and software. they supply all these company's with the resources, and research funding for products
BUCKUM2 to wakkaday
13 Aug 17#30
I dont know how they compare never had the 1more but the technical difference is that the 1more have two balanced armatures and a separate dynamic driver this is the normal triple driver setup . Whilst the Xiaomi hybrid pro have two dynamic and a separate balanced armature driver. With the dynamic drivers one handles mid tones and the other high now i have these and to me they sound brilliant has i am not a heavy bass lover if i want a bit more bass i just crank it up a bit in poweramp equaliser.I find these crisp and clear and suits my liking

These are different from the 1more triple drivers although 1more make them for xiaomi as i explained in a above comment the 1more triple driver has a conventional set up of two balanced armature drivers and one dynamic driver, whilst the xiaomi hybrid triple driver have two dynamic drivers and one balanced armature so going to sound differently. Quality wise maybe but the sound will be slightly different due to the difference in the triple driver set up two dynamic drivers as opposed to two balanced armature drivers

Could you take and post some photos of your headphones and the box etc? Curious to see how similar they are. I got this deal too and mine also arrived today but it has a QR code on the wire which I've scanned and verified as genuine. If you post some photos of your box etc, I could see if I notice any differences and if so, I'll post photos of my own as comparison, incase you need them as proof to Banggood.

It's not easy to show on picture (made by phone camera) all those little differences. My mate ordered his headphones at the same day as I did and he got genuine ones (i have already compare them). Most noticeable difference is in remote/mic - it's made out of plastic not metal and it has slightly different shape.

Thanks for posting photo's one difference i can pick out is in your 4th photo showing you holding the right earpiece the air slit is on top inline more or less with the earpiece tip angled upward whereas on mine it is on the opposite side inline with the earpiece tip angling down. This is the same on my dual driver ones inline with the earpiece tip angled down these also scanned authentic. The other noticeable thing in your photo's is the grey holder the wording 1MORE DESIGN looks more refined on mine. Anyway you should contact Banggood and complain they should replace or refund. Perhaps Dreadzone101 can confirm the air slit position or your mate i am no expert but i would imaging the positioning of the air slit would be important with regard to performance. Hope you get it sorted i am sure Banggood would like to know that they have some fake stock on their hands

I agree with what is stated in the previous comment:
The side with the slit is the side which the earbud tip is angled away from, so it would be the opposite side compared to yours. Also about the 1More Design lettering looking more refined. In yours there's a slight outline around the lettering so perhaps a lettering stamp was used to replicate it, but it was pressed too much. The barcode sticker on the back of the box also looks like finer text in comparison to yours too: You shouldn't have a problem proving it to Bangood and I'd expect them to refund or offer to send out another set, if you wanted to chance it again.

Received mine today and I must say they do look fake plastic especially the volume control! Anyway to officially declare them fake?
Yours are the same as the ones wernus got. Your headphone holder mould, is a darker grey with an outline around the '1More Design' lettering and MI logo, which suggests a stamp used to replicate it. The earphones themselves have the noise cancellation mic? (the little slit) on the opposite side. Mines are on the side which the earbud tip is angled away from. Yours are on the side which the tip is angled towards.
I'd request a refund from Banggood

Banggood agreed to a replacement for wernus without having to return them, so perhaps request replacement again without mentioning the refund if fake so that they don't misunderstand, and then hope for the best. If they do end up being fake again, cross that bridge when you come to it.
If you paid with PayPal you could contact them to see what they suggest. They might just issue the refund themselves since evidently it's not a once off scenario given that wernus received 2 fakes as well. If Banggood insist on returning them, then PayPal might refund any shipping costs.
