Unlimited minutes, Unlimited Texts and 20GB 4G Data for £16PM as a BTBB customer, otherwise it's £21PM. PLUS, you get a £90 iTunes/ Amazon Gift voucher aswell.
If you were planning to spend some money on either iTunes / Amazon, theoretically that drops your monthly down to £8.50PM as a BTBB cust, or £13.50PM for Non-BT
You can get even more great SIMO deals in our megathread here (http//ww…75)

Is the voucher instant or something you have to wait however many months for before you can claim it back? def worth it if you're with BT, no good to me because I need three's feel at home in the USA but excellent deal

You have to wait after the cooling off oeriod to claim it. It says it can take 90days or somet if I remember correctly however I got mine after 2 weeks.

So a locked EE phone should be good with a Tesco or Plusnet sim?

Plusnet, virgin, asda mobile, lyca mobile I think, orange, t mobile

Be careful of this - Sky Mobile uses Vodafone but would not work in a Vodafone-locked iPhone, no idea why, but it's not safe to assume it always will. I've also seen an iPhone in the past that would work on Orange UK but not T-Mobile or EE. No idea why in any of these cases but just ended up swapping phones... Also Tesco-locked phones won't work with O2 but O2 works with Tesco (that might have changed recently). Very annoying, definitely worth testing first.
penguinman93 to plewis00
10 Aug 17#16
That might have something to do with Sky Mobile using the O2 network
plewis00 to penguinman93
10 Aug 17#19
I made a mistake, but the wordage was the same - it was an O2 handset and it wouldn't take a Sky Mobile SIM; specifically Dad needed iOS for something and I gave him a phone I knew worked on O2 and it wouldn't work on Sky.
Anyway, what about MVNOs that were one network and changed? Didn't Asda do this

Works out at 8.50 a month over 12 months with the voucher. Any cashback on offer? Ive just taken the 5GB £10 a month plusnet deal but am tempted by this. Does anyone know what happens if you leave BT broadband in say month 7? Does the price increase to the £21 a month for the remaining 5 months? Thanks

I've been with Three a year now and have two sims with them. But absolutely nothing offered to stay but their bog standard deals. Happily switching to BT if this one comes up in the morning. And will get one of their cheaper sims to replace my second Three sim (for my wife and doesn't need much data!). I wonder if we would each get our own Amazon voucher then. Will check in live chat in the morning!

No mate. On the £21 a month contact for non BT-BB. A few months ago they gave £100 amazon/iTunes vouchers. Quidco was £75. I'm sure it would work as when you go through quidco it gives you the option when you go through the BT the site, if you are a BB customer or not.
Note: the deal through quidco might be different but just call them up and tell them what you ordered was different to what's on your order review screen (I.e. Should be 20GB data not 15GB. I did that and they were great to turn it over. Might have an issue with the BT sports but they added it to my account for free when I told them I couldn't log on.

BT retentions are rubbish. I have been on this deal for 18 months and best they would give me was 'faster 4G at no extra cost but sign up for another 12 months'. I got a rubbish retention deal with BT Fibre too and moving to Plusnet as of next month. It means my BT SIM will go up by £5 a month, but I have around 2 months before it does. Sorry this may seem a stupid question as I've never used Quidco before...

Cheers for that, i'll have a look. Just the extra 5GB we are missing now. Need to call plusnet and cancel my £10 5GB sim only before the 14 day cooling off period ends
BT Mobile is a con. I went for a £5 p/m 500MB SIM offer like this for my young daughter. She usually used her mobile with WIFI but once happened to forget to turn on the WIFI and her mobile data went over by 100MB. BT charged £80 for that month. When I enquired they also said that I couldnt put a stop on the SIM once the data was exceeded which seems bizarre. Anyway the moral of the story is, be careful of BT. They will screw you.

Can confirm that I did that too - used the £23.99 broadband offer, got £90 TCB, £150 reward card (prepaid mastercard), £60 off the wife's BT mobile (£10 from £15 per month), sim for mother in law for £5/mth with unlimited minutes & £30 Amazon voucher! All came through & paid!

Never had this problem with mine. When I'm on Wi-Fi calling the quality is great. Far better than when I'm out and use standard signal. Also - I don't even get that 1 bar at my place unless i don't touch it and leave it on the window ledge of a certain upstairs bedroom... Swear this house is lead coated or something... Without Wi-Fi calling I would be tied down to O2 (which at least gets 2g signal) and no alternative.

If you plan to travel in Europe just be aware they have a habit of blocking roaming for first 6 months of contract. I'm currently in the process of trying to cancel my order for it as it is in clear breach of the EU regulations.

Do BT mobile have the option to add Free roaming for USA, Mexico and Canada? EE adds these 3 counties and 2 others outside the EU I can't remember to their Max plans. If these are in the BT mobile plan then this is a cracking g deal.

Yeah BT Mobile. Apparently they have been doing it to make sure they trust you'll keep up monthly payments, however with new eu rules this is included at no additional cost, so shouldn't be restricted.

From Ts & Cs "Customers that claim cashback will not be eligible for a voucher. A customer who have purchased a BT Mobile product can either claim a voucher or cashback, not both."
Anon
15 Aug 17#155
I think we have all seen that - it appears people are trying to get both and have succeeded in the past from comments on here.
Personally, I think it is wrong that they are now saying either/or. When cashback was established it was offering you the money that Quidco and others were receiving from the advertiser - the advertiser would still have whatever offer (vouchers etc) on their site. Now they are working together to effectively claim that the cashback is part of the advertisers incentive to you, which changes the parameters.

How can I quickly get this... I just signed up for a broadband deal couple of days ago with BT however when I select the sim only package that is offered if I have broadband, when I enter my phone number & post code it does not recoginise it as the broadband has not been installed yet, any quick turnaround for this issue?

took this deal, all went well apart from 4g speeds. seemed to be getting capped at 20Mbps. I have another sim and used friends sim, same location, same time (ee/three) getting 55 to 60Mbps. Phoned BT and their all like looks normal, this is what to expect. I told them i just ran a test with 2 other sims there and then, they couldn't explain it. Then they said we'll put you on 4g plus, 3 days later. hasn't made a difference either. Just asked for my pac code, to go back to previous provider, adviser offered the deal for £1 month cheaper( handy to know if anybody fancies trying to get it even cheaper). Anyone else have this issue with speed? you get it sorted?

I'm looking to end my contract and keep my phone, my wifes contract is finished and she can move, would I be best waiting til my contract has ended (12th Oct) and change the wifes over now, or change both over now with the family sim deals, or wait and change both mine and my wifes over in October? We would both need around 3gb data so the essential plan is ideal (she is paying £10 a month for less data - I am paying £25 as I had a phone with mine)

Do you have to choose whether you want iTunes or Amazon voucher? I don’t remember seeing an option for that and I’ve heard nothing from BT about the voucher since receiving my sim.
Anon

From what I understand, as I haven't ordered, you have to wait 14 days then claim (choose Amazon or iTunes at that stage).
N the voucher logo on their site it says to go to bt.com/mob…aim for further details.

1 Sep 17#186
Most mobile deals are to entice new customers. new customer = new contract. Sign up for a new contract and if you are with BT already, transfer your number out to Asda or whoever and back again (request PAC from BT, give it to Asda, then request PAC from Asda and give it to BT to transfer back). Remember you will have 30 days notice to serve/pay for and factor that into the deal price.

Is there a window in which to claim the gift cards?
I know I had to wait two weeks before I could apply - that's passed now - but according to Quidco, my tracked cashback *should* be available by 21 September. If I wait until then, will I miss out on claiming the gift cards? or should I just put in a claim now and hope the cashback is honoured.
Any advice much appreciated

How can you not be bothered about Quidco when it was clearly offered as part of the deal? For the sake of a few minutes follow up it is not exactly onerous. It is not a nice bonus, it should be paid out and has been factored in to the offers available by BT and Quidco.

1 Oct 17#196
But it wasn’t offered. The terms clearly said one or the other at the time I purchased... hence quidco would have been a bonus if paid. Never said it was onerous ...

Sorry to hear that - a shame as they chop and change the offers so quickly it is difficult to keep up.
I always go through Quidco or TCB on the off chance transactions track anyway.
On this deal though, as I am not on BT Broadband unfortunately it would have been £60 more for the year.
Opening post
Unlimited minutes, Unlimited Texts and 20GB 4G Data for £16PM as a BTBB customer, otherwise it's £21PM. PLUS, you get a £90 iTunes/ Amazon Gift voucher aswell.
If you were planning to spend some money on either iTunes / Amazon, theoretically that drops your monthly down to £8.50PM as a BTBB cust, or £13.50PM for Non-BT

Ive just taken the 5GB £10 a month plusnet deal but am tempted by this.
Does anyone know what happens if you leave BT broadband in say month 7? Does the price increase to the £21 a month for the remaining 5 months?
Thanks
(10GB and say 1000 minutes for £10 a mounth)
I wonder if we would each get our own Amazon voucher then. Will check in live chat in the morning!
You need to wait 6 months before using FEEL AT HOME abroad..I took the same contract 2 months ago and when I was in spain in holiday, couldn't use my sim....
Either way, Europe is now included on any network so this won't apply.
Any idea if the number of Amazon/iTunes voucher are going to be limited? I want to delay the purchase as long as possible while still getting the deal.
Am I able to take out a new sim and get the offer still and just cancel my other one?
I just signed up to the Plusnet 5Gb £10 dealo the other week and I said to the lady at BT I will see you again when you have another great offer for me and this is it
This will work out great as when we are on holiday next month I can use my data out there  all 20GB of it rather than 5GB.
They told me that when I was on my last contract of 15GB I could only use 10GB.
I'm currently on the 15gb plan but can't find a way to get the extra 5gb
They will allow me to use feel at home after first 6 mnths of contract..but I will not leave it like this
Hey guys, just wondering....
When I go via the link above, it takes you to the page with the deal named here, however going via QuidCo you don't get this offer.
Obviously you have found a way around this, can you offer some advice?
If you just go via quidco there is no mention of the deal above. It's only 15GB and no gift card
When i click the BT Mobile link in Quidco it only sends me to the page offering the Ultimate Sim for £18/month without even the voucher. Can I then just redirect to this page and buy and still qualify?

Note you should also get the speed boost upto 60Mbps which is worth £5/month on my current plan. I won't get the £90 voucher but I got it the first time around. Good deal to me i.e. >1Gb/£1.
C
That said, I can't see how to get cashback with this - when I go via TCB or Quidco I get a (relatively) carp 15GB for £18 offer with no voucher! : (
Can you point out how I can get both?
Without Wi-Fi calling I would be tied down to O2 (which at least gets 2g signal) and no alternative.
- This deal needs to be either expired or edited - the information for NON-BT is wrong - it's £23 and only 15GB......

Another cracking deal by BT, along with the unlimited 56mb infinity broadband that i am currently getting off them for under a fiver a month
Quick question, will the card be posted out automatically or do i need to claim it from their website?
currently i have a rolling contract sim only deal 20gb unlimited mins and texts , so £90 gift card sounds good to make it into 12 month contract , however when i go through bt.com site i get to checkout and it has the deal but no mention of gift card , and in the T & c's on btmobile/giftcardclaim it says new customers only ? when i phoned they they said you need to order online so if i order online will i get the gift card after 2 weeks ? does anyone have confirmation they will get it during ordering if they are existing customers? thanks
thank you for any replies.
Amazon gift card is applied due to the amount. I checked with BT chat that it was applied and I can claim it but the amount £21pm is only available wth the amazon voucher. The quidco monthly cost was more like £23
I ended up cancelling my existing 2GB contract and signing up for this deal.
Had one for my daughter but moved her to plusnet as speeds were terrible.
Have just signed up for this. Sure she will be chuffed with an extra 14GB per month but I'll be pocketing the Amazon voucher for myself.
Cheers OP!!
Quidco has tracked at £75 and the £90 voucher was on the link from Quidco.
Will have to wait and see where/how the £90 Amazon voucher appears for claiming.
BillyBits
£16*12 = £192 for the year.
Less £90 Amazon Voucher
Less £75 Quidco
Also includes BT Sport free for the year.
= £27/yr = £2.25/Month for 20gb 4G data, unlimited minutes & unlimited texts.
Well done op.
BillyBits
Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any voucher/gift card offer from BT

many thanks
