The VR isn't that important. You'll most likely be upgrading the lens reasonably quickly.

the Bluetooth connectivity is oreeey rubbish on this. I just a card reader as it's soooo much more reliable.

There's a review on the AF-P lenses here.. Both are good, The VR version is recommended for new starters..

Also this camera isn't the one to buy if you want geotagging, even with the snapbridge addon it's poor for this task.

D3300 with VRII Lens here for £357, not many about now as has been superseded by the D3400.
