Lovely. But sorry to ask the obvious but how do you get the PYO deals? I have a card (so I know how to get a coffee!) but do I need to get an app or something? Always see the PYO deals but don't know how to access. TIA P.S heat from me

Yes there is an app on android and iOS which allows you to register your waitrose card and pick your own offers.
Search 'Waitrose pick your own' in your app store.

log into waitrose, got to my waitrose, left hand side my picks, click on that will take you to the page, scroll down and click it hth
