I just bought one of these off eBay (paid just over £1.50) & would highly recommend (it is cheap, but relatively good quality).
Bought this to replace a foam leg version (just over £1 on eBay), which had wire legs (which I expect would break after a short time). I didn't get a chance to fatigue the wire legs as the second time I went to shape it, one leg broke the plastic mount which connects it to the body! This version has joints - each white ring is the start of a new piece, so I would have more faith in it lasting! Do watch - the joints can nip!

if the legs do break on this, it looks like the cradle/ holder thingy could still be used on another tripod it has what looks like a universal mounting screw hole on the base

Got one of these a frw weeks back for full price,they work great but are made of super flimsy plastic,I broke one of the legs just trying to get it into position! Wouldnt recommend at full price but for 86p might as well get a few!
