I just received mine and I'm amazed at the build quality of this thing. The only cravat is it's Slovak layout however it's still marked as QWERTY and works as one. The only thing I've found to be missing is the £ sign
The blurb; The Wedge mobile keyboard is an ideal balance between form and function. It has a minimalist design, yet incorporates a large-sized keyset, Windows 8 hotkeys and cover that converts into a tablet stand so you can get more done in more places.
Box Contains Microsoft Wedge Keyboard Dual purpose cover Batteries included
Edit: price changed from £4.99 to £5.99

How is everyone getting on with their 'Wedge' keyboards ? Are they good enough for all-day use ? Have the foreign language keys proved frustrating ?
The Russian 'Sculpt' keyboard looks good too, at £7.
Looks like this seller also sells on Amazon, at a pound or so more.

Absolute steal, good form factor, good build and low weight. Key spacing I thought may be an issue but quickly adapted to it. Decided to get from eBay a matt black key sticker overlays for my Hebrew one and set my tablet up for US key mapping.

Lovely little keyboard. I don't always look at the keyboard when typing so the key markings don't really matter if you know where they should be (portugese)

People on here really don't have a clue....
You just need some UK keyboard stickers. £2 from Ebay or Amazon.
You only need probably 2 or 3 keys to get the £ signs etc.

It's not just that. The Portugese version has a larger Enter key which I think is better.

Would this connect and work with the Amazon Firestick?
cicobuff to forcedv
15 Aug 17#41
Yes, later software updates of the Firestick/TV have in settings a search for 'other bluetooth devices'.
Go into Settings tab on you Fire TV or Stick and click 'Controllers and Bluetooth Devices'Click 'Other Bluetooth Devices' and then click 'Add Bluetooth Devices'Put your Wedge into discovery/pair mode by holding down Fn and connect button (base of unit)The Amazon Fire TV Bluetooth tool will scan for Bluetooth devices and connect to your keyboard.

This is a great deal, whatever you use it on obviously the keyboard mapping can be changed to suit however you wish. Whether you setup UK keyboard mapping on your Android/iOS or Windows device and get overlay keyboard stickers, or setup keyboard mapping for whichever keyboard you buy and stick with the mapping printed on the keys.
The Hebrew one is the most like a US layout keyboard and the one with the least differences from the UK layout as standard.
Form factor wise the Portuguese and the Hungarian keyboards have the same shortened left shift key and elongated return/enter key.
If you are used to US keyboard layout the Hebrew one setup to US keyboard mapping would be the easiest switch without any need for keyboard stickers overlays.
Otherwise definitely the Portuguese of Hungarian ones with sticker overlays (the Portuguese is a horrendous mess with the colons, semi colons, apostrophe, plus and minus signs etc) would easily convert perfectly into a standard UK layout keyboard.
I don't like the idea of using sticker overlays and happy to have ordered a Hebrew one (cheapest too), whereas my wife went for a Portuguese one.

Yep, another surprised Portuguese keyboard owner here Thanks OP, cracking deal.
How do boot into the BIOS or decrypt your HDD (VeraCrypt/TrueCrypt etc) with a Bluetooth keyboard? I've always had to use wireless ones. They don't seem to start functioning until Windows is running.

Don't think I'd buy one of these for interacting with a desktop; they're absolute bare bones when it comes to functionality, intended for mobile/tablet use. Though I suppose it'd be workable for controlling an htpc from the couch.

Exactly what I've bought it for. Replaces my existing broken one that has forced me to use the on-screen keyboard for a while. However I did fall into the trap that my HTPC doesn't have Bluetooth so I've had to order a dongle as well.

Most Tablets are Bluetooth enabled. So an external "Dongle" is not required! Like most phones dont not need a dongle as they already have bluetooth build in.
Looking at the keyboards, I would go for the Portuguese one out of all those this seller has.
