I paid by PayPal, they rang me last week to say they couldn't refund it by that method so they took my card details to refund on to there instead - I received the refund yesterday.

Anyone had their refund? I haven't.

I had the email early on 7th (Monday) stating refund will be in 3-5 working days. End of play today (Friday) and the fifth working day and nothing. Nothing showing as pending either. Poor to be tardy on the refund.

Same as everyone else confirmation email and money taken but then email saying not honoured and refund. Oh well worth a try thanks op for posting

I recieved an email today canceling my order even though they'd already taken the money out of my account. Oh well, it was worth a shot.

Whilst we were almost sure it was a misprice, I thought that taking money from someone was acceptance of an order.

It has come to our attention that due to a pricing error your order has not been accepted. We understand that you may have received an email detailing the products ordered, however this is an acknowledgment only and is not an acceptance or confirmation of your order. As your order has not been processed, a full refund will automatically be issued to your original method of payment and this will reach your account within the next 3 to 5 working days.

Mine says still being processed, customer service is to be questioned?

Thanks OP. I ordered and it said Approx Delivery Date 9th August but confirmation email says 11th November! Not much good for this summer.

I don't think that they are going to honour this price, I will be very surprised if they do. I think everyone will get an email and their money back with an apology. Probably 10% if you order something from them in the future, I am cynical happened to me before with price glitches.

It's an odd size but the super king microfibre 4.5 tog duvet comes in at £9 + £4.50 delivery. 4.5 tog is I think a Spring/ Summer weight. I guess maybe this is the cost price (or the same price as the Argos equivalent).
