Amazon was the better deal as John Lewis charge £3.50 delivery and have no stock anyway online. Please note that John Lewis's packaging has gone downhill and they often use bin liners now resulting in damaged boxes.

Really…? I've only ever had my Lego from John Lewis come in their own strong branded packing boxes for both store collections or home delivery and that was only a week ago. Maybe you were just unlucky? Personally the worse store for damaged Lego boxes are Argos… the last order I had from them they had wrapped parcel tape around all the boxes and put them in a large plastic postage bag.

When I add this to the basket and proceed to checkout, the price remains at £17.99. But I don't have Amazon Prime.

Brilliant, I needed something to do this afternoon, and didn't want to go to the shop to pick up some pepsi, so Prime Now ftw
