Absolute joke of a company!!Advised me by email to pay in full for the shed in order for it to be processed,which I did immediately. This morning had an email advising they,ll be getting no further stock.
So now have to wait upto 14 days for my refund,yet managed to take the money from my account quick enough.
Did anyone actually get their order,or was this just a way of them getting new customers I wonder?
As soon as I,ve had my refund I will be closing the account anyway.

I paid for my shed yesterday and received and email this morning saying they couldn't process it because it was out of stock.
Why let me pay for something that isn't in stock?
Spoke with the customer service woman.
She says they have no control over the stock!!
So I asked how can you sell something you have no control over?

Gone onto my account to track the order but says no previous orders,is anyone else,s the same?

Bit worried about this website - first time I have ever placed an order and never had to actually pay for it at the time of ordering. Is the intention that they review each order and then approve it then request payment???
