In my case you posting this feels like a peculiar co-incidence. My brother-in-law lives in Bangladesh and my wife came back recently from visiting him. Being a 'developing country' most of the cars don't have Bluetooth. My wife asked me whether there was any way he could play his smartphone music over the car speakers to which I had said no...

Fm transmitter. The quality will be rubish. Similar to fm radio?

I have a very similar one to this (one piece, no wires) but not as good looking, to avoid having a trailing cable to the radios aux input of DWs car. Volume and audio quality very acceptable, Bluetooth auto connection flawless, FM reception excellent even in crowded signal area. Good enough to retrofit toan older vehicle for sure. Only gripe is that setting the volume & frequency up is fiddly.
