Looks like a limited time app giveaway, for what I understand is a pretty good app. Works with Chromecast.

installed the free then pressed on the body fat excerise that was locked and it opened up play for the download of the pro version, can i delete the free version now ?

Yep!.
Do so while the Pro version of this is STILL FREE!, after all, you never know ...
So if worse comes to the worse comes to it (and incase of any 'complications' etc etc), you can simply uninstall alllll!!, and just download and install the Pro version instead?. :-)

Contains ads. The 100% army one or Bodyweight Fitness ones don't.
UPDATE: my bad - downloaded wrong version - this one is ad-free

This one is free on iOS and, by all accounts, a decent little app:
Clicking the install button felt like a lot of effort. I fear this may not be the app for me, but heat added anyway.

They're additional 'intense' workout programs. You'd really have to get your money's worth from the full app for a long time before you did any of that insane stuff, if it were that it wasn't free...
