High in fibre, protein & good source of magnesium (80% NRV), potassium (76%NRV) & iron (133% NRV) Add to smoothies, yoghurt, cereal etc.
Google shows me prices for 100g pouch of this at Amazon, H&B etc, is around £14-18. I assume the 70g tin is the old packaging.
For 99p it seems decent and a quick squizz at ingredients reveals lot of "superfoods" and no added badness.

My local Home Bargains also has quite a lot of other Bioglan products in the fitness aisle, as well as the food aisles. This includes the BioHappy Daily Cleanse bottle and the Superfood Cultures sachet box for £2.99 each.
