What size are the pizzas (individual?) when I recently went to pizza but, it was not a great experience.

Code is live now. It states that not to click on use code u til you are in the restaurant as you will lose your code. I presume you can click it anyway and save a screenshot to use?

Is this valid for take away? Or just dine in (my three phone is at home so can't check)

The possibility of being in the restaurant and finding that the code isn't valid any longer/no more codes puts me off this. Why not 'claim a code and keep it until use'?

Reading the terms and conditions it seems you have to use the code 'live' in the restaurant. It also says from Sunday after 3pm. So how come nearly 4,000 have gone already?

i fell in to this trap last time and when i got home i read on the other thread that people had asked, and been given, water so it made the whole thing free.

if there are any vouchers left tomorrow when i go, i'm going to the same and ask for water.

I think far too many codes were being claimed and not used so that's why they are trying to stop people screenshoting.

They did the same with Hotel Chocolat codes recently and when I went to claim, the cashier explained she had been told to make sure the code screen was live (it has a moving animation in the background) rather than screenshot

As the T&C's say they are only valid Sunday to Thursday, they won't be accepted tomorrow anyway....

The point is if the code has to be live why are they permitting people to download it now? Other than the fact that they will end up giving nothing away if they enforce the 'live on the app' rule of course.

True, as the very earliest anyone can use it is 3pm today.

I'm guessing most places will accept the screenshot anyway - they certainly did last time this offer was on, but it didn't say you needed to be in the restaurant on that occasion.

What made you think you wouldn't be able to ask for water? Nothing in the T&C implies 'free when you purchase a drink'. It's not really a trap. You choose to not ask for tap water, which you can get in restaurants as standard anyway.

I didn't think I wouldn't be able to ask for it - I just didn't think to ask for it. I suppose I've been in these places so many times over the years, I just assume you HAVE to buy the drinks.

Where do people get the idea it can be used today? It says between Sunday and Thursday, not Thursday and Sunday. Really the codes shouldn't be released until 3pm on Sunday!

Oh OK, at least you know it's always worth asking just in case for future free food. Most of the time I've gotten freebies (mainly GBK) getting water has never been an issue, they even offer it if you don't order a drink yourself.

The deal is valid on days of the week between Sunday and Thursday (ie not Friday or Saturday - the peak times) - as today is Thursday, you can use the code today. This is not a difficult concept.

I screen captured a code last time. Redeemed a few days later no problem, though Manager came over to double check the origin of the code (which waitress had written down from my screen cap). First time I'd been in a Pizza Hut for about 10 years!

Last time I had also screen captured the T&Cs, but forgot this time.
Has anyone got the screencap for today's offer ?

FOUND THE FULL T&Cs - if you install Wuntu App afresh on a phone (eg without a 3 Sim) you get to see the offers though can't claim them until you log-in.

Key terms but they seem to be TOTALLY confusing as it says "if you select Use Now without being in the restaurant you'll lose your code" ie implying you have to wait to go in the restaurant and then HOPE there's a code left ?!?!?! bonkers!

Went into pizza hut today. The girl insisted I had to speak with management before I could redeam the free pizza. They tried to sell me extras but refused everything other than the free pizza. I brought a drink from home and drunk this as soon as I left pizza hut. Net result I paid pizza hut £0 today.

No harm in asking though. so when the bill came i expected my pizza to be deducted but they had taken the OH off which she had shared with son. SO their pizza was an individual share pizza costing twice the price of mine. Not going to complain there. I wonder if he felt guilty has he forgot my fries!!! lol

Well I tried to use mine when I went to order... and it said I had already used it! I managed to use the in app support and they were very good at helping and fortunately they gave me a new code.

made use of a second code this evening (free pizza, free salad, tap water - did leave a tip though!), used it live not screenshot - still plenty left so this deal should not show as 'Expired'.

I think people who are using a screenshot and not going for a while are getting this issue of being told the code has already been used - must be some kind of time limit on requesting the code and actually using it.

the app is rubbish at updating though so I can understand why people are reluctant to use it because if you do it correctly then it is only after you order and ask to pay that you can be sure the code actually works

Are all varieties available? T&C state that code is valid against individual size (9" deep pan base or 11" all american thin base) pizzas, but no mention of whether it applies for speciality varieties such as Philly Cheese steak pizza for example or just the classics.
