try to claim and it disappear??? and on that same page, other offer has a bubble saying eg 5 redemptions remaining, what does that mean?

what has happen, I did see it on my ac page yesterday, just bought one and now it gone?
why? did I do something wrong, should I click redeem first to get hold the offer first?
sorry first time to do such and now get burn.

hi, just some update, since I could not upload the receipt, I make an enquiry to quidco and they let me reply with the receipt, and I get the pay out now, thanks to everyone and OP

Tip: sometimes both CheckoutSmart and ClickSnap withdraw an offer early and stop listing it in the OFFERS, but if it has been offering during SOME of the day they usually (and rightly!) leave it available to CLAIM (and that claim has 6-7 days to be made after the date on the receipt).
ie even though it will no longer be promoted on the OFFERS list, you MIGHT still find it available to CLAIM via the upload a receipt/claim routine.
(It was still available on all our Quidco ClickSnap a/c's today - so 3 multipacks bought on separate receipts. Some of the packs also have a competition on them for a trip to Oz!)

Showing on clicksnap but not on COS - definitely claimed on the latter site though. Couldn't believe the Knight cider was back on for free in spite of numerous claims on COS!
