Good point, UK ingredients are:
Tomatoes (148g per 100g Tomato Ketchup), Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Spice and Herb Extracts (contain Celery), Spice
So only the salt is still relevant, and they do a reduced salt version so.....

"High fructose corn syrup is extremely unhealthy and toxic. It acts like a sugar in the body when it’s metabolized, somewhat… only worse! because it comes from genetically modified corn it is even more toxic."
Is GM corn syrup more toxic? And, you know, fructose is a sugar so that bit is kind of obvious!
Also they make a big thing about the sodium content (roughly 1%) yet their links to 'healthier' ones to buy have several that contain virtually the same (apart from the low salt versions, but they aren't comparing the low salt Heinz)?

And just a note to anyone avoiding alcohol for religious or health reason. Heinz use Spirit Vinegar derived from alcohol. Even though they evaporate it in the process but 100% removal isn't guaranteed.

If these prices are correct

Just says 'ketchup' on my receipt from Tesco
so doubt it would matter
