Looks like TCB for EE is back again

How odd, they've completely removed themselves from all the cashback platforms. A bit of an about turn offering £150 one week and then nothing the next.

Unfortunately we can no longer offer cashback with this merchant. Please browse our alternative merchants or search above.

Guys, if I do have account with EE with 3 phone contracts do they extend 5GB data per EE account or on all phone contracts on my account?

Been with them a few months and they are a breath of fresh air. Getting faster speeds than Virgin's oversubscribed 200mb scam for half the price.
Wireless firestick upstairs works perfectly, Ethernet connected fire t.v. downstairs. Connection never drops. Getting the full 80mb which streams everything fine while using tablets at the same time.
Just paid out 150 cashback, was only expecting 125!

Don't go with EE they are garbage. The bright router is garbage or the llu equipment is garbage or both. Kept dropping out made streaming impossible. Refused to repair line unless I paid 60 which disappeared at deathbed renewal. Total bar stewards. Ironic as now on the 32gb 14.50 which is superb. Summary mobile yes landline nono. That 32 was on 5, 10, 15, 20 months ago it's due

Been with ee for a few months, home phone + fibre, havent had any issues, spoken to their customer services and everytime they've been good. i'm even using their original router, speeds are great. Left my previous ISP due to price increase so joined ee with quidco £160 cashback which has tracked hopefully it'll be paid before the next ee price increase!

I don't have any issues with the actual broadband but these days you go with a provider that offers biggest cashback / gift card. Will be back to BT when this contract ends. They always offer prepaid mastercards, no messing around.

Talking about everything, I got one of those pre-paid cards a while ago and I'm about to finish it. What is one suppose to do after that? ie, do you need to contact the company and try to cancel it to remove your details from their site and invalidate the card? or just leave it without balance and forget about it better?

Good luck with getting the Cashback. Had to raise a ticket for mine as it didn't track then they tried to fob me off with £50 instead of the the full £150. This was back in February and I'm still waiting. Funny how small purchases track fine but the big ones don't.

I raised a ticket as well but they just fobed me off saying it's EE refusing to pay out

I took ee adsl a few weeks ago cancelled during cool off period. Before I cancelled I spoke with there cancellation dept. If my upfront line rental of 315 pounds would be refunded. They confirmed that it would be. Is 3 weeks now they have charged me the line rental and today got billed again for the month. Looking forward to uphill battle to get my money back. Avoid!

AVOID! Took this deal last time and they never paid out. Only reason I went with EE was TCB! Never again

Didn't payout topcashback when i took ADSL with them. Didn't take the line rental in one go either to get the saving despite it being on the confirmation email. This was never resolved. Almost lost my phone numbet of 30 odd years despite saying on confirmation it would remain the same. Slow speeds, fault on the line identified but took 3 weeks for them to get openreach out to fix. Icing on the cake was them trying to charge a fee for me ending the contract early on the grounds of poor service. I sent a recorded delivery letter to the complaints dept and the guy behind me in the queue was a teacher at the local comp, he was talking to a collegue about the school being billed 6k by EE for servers and fibre that they had never had. I would say avoid EE, try the BT deal instead. In the end i did get a cheque for £50 from them but i'd never go back

Yes it does, I signed up recently and you could get an extra 5gb data on your mobile if you are already in an EE phone contract as well.

If you are an EE mobile customer are you classed as a new customer for broadband if taking fibre?

Yes, in my experience.

Also - worth considering if you have a couple of months left on your contract - they'll pay cancellation fees up to £50: 50credit.ee.co.uk/

This is a great deal. I was with EE Broadband for 2 years and can't fault them.
All runs on BT Wholesale - so service will be directly comparable to Plusnet or BT themselves. All UK call centres.
