Seems like they either sold out and couldn't fulfil or they realised their mistake. Annoying as they had taken the money and as far as I'm aware as soon as they do that then they've sold it to you.

I got mine - it was despatched but then delivery was delayed a couple of days but once I contacted Amazon, it arrived next day. It was a problem with tracking and courier I think

Mine was delayed also but when i contacted them I was told their courier UPS had lost it and had no idea where it had gone to. I contacted Amazon who said 'don't worry we're going to refund you! - it's not in stock so you can't have your order resent' I said that wasn't good enough and wanted a different colour at least to make up for such a bad experience. They said it's impossible, nobody at Amazon would do that for me no matter how high up they are. I'm really disappointed at how poor they are for sorting problems out that are outside the box.

Well I spent an hour talking to them, supervisors etc too as I felt it was the least they could do but completely stonewalled. They offered me £15 credit to say sorry but I just wanted the bin, I don't think I even accepted it.

Update: It was in the shed! The tracking said it was returned to Amazon, the customer service guys said it was lost and there was no slip saying it was in the shed when i got back from holiday. I've gone on live chat to get charged for it. Really happy!!! :grin:
