Thanks pheyshunt1, exactly what a family I know needs. Hope they're able to get one before the offer runs out!

Yeah Sprite it's definitely the Ergoflex 43 it was less than half price when I bought it but it's probably 4 or 5 years ago.

Is this a better deal than the rotak 40 at b&q diy.com/dep…prd I read about the older ones being UK made?

The cheaper ones that often get posted are the lower quality Chinese built ones, the 43 is a British built one. The 400, and similarly numbered versions, aren't listed on Bosch's website and only seem to be available from the likes of b&q and Argos etc, but I don't know anymore than that.

The silver grill front means it's UK made (it is as I read the badge on it a few days ago). I think that's similar to the black grill on Amazon with an extra 0 on the end. They where on display so could give it a good kick and look over.
They don't compare though as that's a smaller lawnmower. That's 400mm and this is a 430mm So buy for the size of your lawn, not the price.
Bigger just cuts more in one go, but is heavier and more cumbersome.
That has a 40cm blade, this has a 43cm. Depending on lawn size, that can be significant

Agree, these mowers are great
I also purchased the Bosch Lawn Raker when I started to see bald patches, a few months later and our grass looks fantastic

Fantastic mower I have exactly this model from B and Q which I paid £85 for a few years ago! Handily enough from a deal posted on here

£85 or £90 is a great price for this. Sure it was the 43 ?
Had mine for 6 years now but used it yesterday and it's taking a few presses of the button to get going. Apart from that it's been awesome and I have a big garden.

He's referring to this one I think (from 2014):Bosch Rotak 430 Ergoflex Electric Rotary Lawnmower only £87 (half price) May 24th-26th @ B&Q - apparently it has the same specs as this model 43, but different EAN codes. Perhaps the 430 was the previous model & this one is the newer one.
