Have a Radeon HD 7850 and was tempted with this as my card is proper old. Turns out it's almost exactly the same capability if this site is to be believed...
GPU-Boss is generally crap. Try here. Userbenchmark is much more accurate.

Pros play at low settings to ensure the game is running at the smoothest frame rate possible. Also to remove any kind of effects and visual "fluff" that might obscure views. By having things looking the simplest possible it makes it slightly easier to spot enemies etc.

Haha! I'm pretty sure that's not how it looks anymore for a 660 player. They set a minimum foliage amount for all players so even if you set your foliage to very low you'll still see what everyone else will see at the very least. I have mine on very low for that reason.
