But this isn't even a 10% discount.
This is "Give
us a big sum of money and we'll give you a tiny bribe for you to come
back and give us another load of your money! Oh and by the way it's
valid for less than a month so a majority of you won't even spend it!"

is the equivalent of an expensive restaurant offering "Buy a meal for four
and we'll give you one free can of Coke... next time you come back...
within the next three weeks..."
