This TV has no Ambilight capability you need the 6262 model & its only 50hz :(.
A bit misleading that to make the best of it's capabilities, it's 50Hz on UK and European broadcast TV, 60Hz on PC playback or when viewing NTSC video sources.
However, a well designed TV will give perfectly adequate results on 50Hz video, that is after all what all UK/Euro TV is broadcast in.
yup, the important part to note is: up to 60Hz / 30Hz in UHD - us Europeans (even post brexit) have 25 frames per second (50Hz) on TV broadcasts so the TV would likely display 25 frames per second in 4k upscaling mode and not 30* frames
Pedants will be at pains to point out that actually it's 29.97 frames per sec.

How do you go about it please - just call them & tell them about the code? And what's the time limit to claim it? Just want to know for the future.
