Do you have to spend £25 in one go? Or can it be over separate transactions. Just thinking of items in the same order being shipped (and charged) separately as they charge the card on dispatch.

For anyone without this offer: (1) Go to americanexpress.com/uk/…tml and keep refreshing until chat says "start chat" instead of busy (2) Ask them if they can apply the offer of 1000 membership rewards with an Amazon spend to your account (3) Wait patiently (4) Do a small dance as the assistant lets you know that they've added the offer to your account (5) Spend £25 on Amazon that you didn't need to spend

I called up Amex customer care and they refused to add this offer to my BA premium plus amex card. They said they have been given a memo to not add this offer to customers over the phone as its customer targeted offer. F***
