Possibly the most uncomfortable running show I've owned - so bad in fact that they barely get worn as an everyday trainer, never mind for running. My Kanadia are great for trail running, my ZX Flux for every day wear but the Duramo rub my heels, pinch my toes, and seem impossible to lace up and tighten correctly! May of course just be me, but... I'll now stay with my Asics Gel for road running.

These are a good starter running shoe. They're very light (as the name suggests) but the fit isn't as snug--nor are they as supportive--as my more expensive pair. They have a very breathable upper, but naturally, this means the shoes are vulnerable to water ingress in wet weather, and the shallow tread is not very grippy--so they aren't a winter runner or a shoe that copes well with loose surfaces other than light gravel. However, Duranos are extremely good value for money at this price. Perfect for Parkruns or light runs in dry weather.
