Ultimately the merchant makes the decision of what is and isn't eligible. If they do realise the item didn't meet the terms and conditions of the cashback they have in the past made the decision to request this back if an error has been made.

We do operate a fair play policy at Topcashback and would ask members bear this in mind when making purchases as action can be taken to protect these policies.

That is right, yesterday was the last date of the offer and I will feedback to our teams in regards to clarify this. I can see both the terms and on the activate page it did say this was due to end at 23:59 on August the 28th.

EVERY time they run these promotions, it magically NEVER tracks for me and they also never pay out. Has happened countless times in a row. Complaining to their customer services or opening claims gets me nowhere - their staff constantly lie and act fradulently regarding all purchases I make. It really is shocking and it's clear their management are rotten and fraudulent. This company should be independently investigated as ALOT of money is involved in these transactions. If you ask their staff about their complaints procedures or try to complain about anything, you will be shocked at the total lack of regulation they seem to think they have and how they will do nothing for you but lie. Any other institution or company dealing with millions of pounds of public money would have a ton of regulation and would be prosecuted for fraud if they acted like this.

I also have a huge amount of cashback owed to me which has been stuck on confirmed for a year now and they have actively done nothing to get this money and just tell lies. I have had huge amounts of cashback permanently declined / lost aswell as they did nothing to get the money and were totally useless. I have written and complained to TCB countless times and got nowhere regarding countless issues. It is also their company policy to NOT allow you to escalate your problems or speak with a manager - I have never dealt with a company as rotten and fraudulent as this - it is shocking.

I have had no problems at all with Quidco and am seriously going to stop using TCB completely. This is not a small issue - millions of pounds of our money is being spent and is changing hands PURELY as a result of cashback we are promised and we are being defrauded. An independent body needs to investigate this company and there needs to be serious tough regulation brought in to deal with companies like this. I honestly believe people in this company should be prosecuted.

If TCB promise 'X' amount for a purchase and we make the purchase, we should get 'X' amount as promised - end of. TCB as a company not only behave as if the law doesn't apply to them, but seem to think any convenient problems or financial losses get passed on to us and not them. They need a serious wake up call. Funnily enough, the only thing that always tracks and gets paid on time like clockwork is the fee they take from my account.

It can take 7 days to track and if it doesn't reach your account by then please submit a support ticket as this will be the only way our team can look into your account and find out what is happening with your bonus.

If mistakes are made by us we work to rectify these and act accordingly within our own fair play policy, however if cashback does not get paid at the amount you have expected this doesn't necessarily mean we have made a mistake. Similarly, if cashback gets declined that is not also a mistake of the cashback site. These decisions are made external of the cashback site and sometimes the decisions are reversible as the independent tracking agencies have agreed the correct decision has been made. It is then up to the cashback site to decide if they wish to make a loss and still pay the member they were expecting or to pass on the decision.

We pass over to our members 100% and in a lot of cases more than 100% of the commission we are paid. Therefore however much we would want to it's just not feasible to pay members when we are not paid. We lay out clearly that cashback can not be guaranteed and that we will pay out on the cashback we are awarded.

If you have any future concerns about matters on your account I would kindly ask that you speak with us directly, as though a forum website such as this we can not see your account and see the matters you are frustrated by. We would then be able to look into the issue you wish to complain about and treat them accordingly within our own escalation procedures.
