Worked like a charm with the code, 8 bath towels delivered for £24.99
Never heard of Groundlevel before but they use sagepay for card authentication so seem legit.
Anyone else used them before.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Took my money - didn't deliver what I had ordered (2 x duvet sets). Nobody on the end of the phone and they don't return emails. Finally received one duvet set that was completely different to what I had ordered. Again, I tried to organize a return and refund - no joy. So I got MasterCard to get my money back from them, which they did. 6 months later I received an email stating I owed them money as I still had the wrongly delivered item. I said I'd return it if they sent me a free postage label and I have heard nothing since. Absolutely terrible company, rogue traders - take your money and don't deliver. Avoid. :imp:

It's always better to get a bigger sample but first impressions aren't good, 0.8/10 on Trustpilot:
now showing 0.7/10 (202 reviews) - HUKD really should have some responsibility and either ban them, or at least flag a caveat/warning when GL deal is posted

I do feel for people who are scammed, especially when they are trying to make their money stretch finding bargains, only to be conned by companies like this. :unamused:

I just retried it and it works just fine. Even tried a different browser and the code is accepted. Make sure you enter it as one word bathsheet

I wonder how many people will be conned and go through upset due to the firm not being checked out before posting . Sometimes wonder if the tricksters post on here . Buyer be very aware!
