It's excellent! Just necked my first one. Better than prosecco as it's not as sweet and better than a lot of cremants as they can be a bit acidic

Not all stores will stock this mind so don't go rushing to the website or store thinking you can get some, you can ask them via Facebook which stores stock it near you to save yourself a trip.

Thanks OP. You can also use mini bottles if you need to pad out your order:
Not available on any day/time slots for delivery unfortunately.
Good deal if you can get it.

Yeah it's pretty good stuff, better than a lot of champagnes. I feel it struggles to gain attention due to it being English though, pity you can't call it champagne for obvious reasons as it is synonymous with great wine.
Let's face it Prosecco is crap but people buy it these days because it sounds fancy! :relaxed:

Decent wines these. They also stock the Chapel Down Rose (£10), which is very nice. I went on a tour of the Chapel Down Vineyard in Tenterden just over a week ago. At this price its cheaper than their own shop!

What is the price in their shop out of interest? I'm a shareholder of curious brew and get a 25% discount...

I think it was £11 a bottle for the Rose, i dont really remember the bubbly ( i think the higher end "Three Graces" was around £29.99 a bottle?) but it would have been over £20, though with the tour you get 10% off too. They had further discounts on certain bottles when you buy a case of 6 (open to everyone). They had all the "Curious" beers as well as other breweries offerings as well. More a rustic farm shop than a vineyard store.
Worth a visit, especially if you get 25% off!

Did you eat upstairs in the restaurant? tasty stuff - plus those little cork chairs are awesome!

Ah no we didn't get chance to, was on a pre-booked tour of a couple of vineyards in the area, so lunch was at a pub down the road somewhere. I Think they had a wedding on that day too, so not actually sure if it was open or not, anyway.

Heat added. Very good Kentish wine, on par with much more expensive champagnes at there. On my way to Sainsbury's;)
