Just ordered one too. Thanks :innocent: Declined to open an account that spreads the cost, so only other option is to pay on receipt of goods (via the online account - visa debit etc)

I'm in the same boat so have taken a punt. £80 for a 4 burner BBQ and a chimea could turn out to be a bargain. Alternatively they could both be pieces of cr*p :grin:

Ordered same 2 items, bit concerned it said they had sold 546 chimineas today so unless they have a lot of stock I'm not confident that will turn up

Regarding the credit search, the credit account is 48.9% APR so you would have to be mad to sign up for that.

Called cs and they have confirmed that my original order cannot be fulfilled but i can order one for £144 although they cannot guarentee i will actually receive it as 'stocks are low'. Not sure how to answer that one.............

I have had a letter saying I need to pay before they dispatch. Not sure about this as I have a feeling they will say it's out of stock and then I will have credit on a studio account I do not want.

Have had various contact with cs and all they say is they dont have stock and cant always guarantee stock levels when ordering. When I specifically asked why if they didnt have stock they were still offering it for sale they just reverted to the above answer. I then asked what would happen if i ordered one now and they reverted to the above answer about stock levels so i asked if this was just a data gathering exercise and this time didnt get an answer at all.
