Could someone please clarify the 1month sim only. Does it continue at this rate each month like a rolling contract or do I have to buy it again each month?

You could use the above info to check if you can get a better deal with your current provider I've done similar before and its worked...no harm in asking especially if your current contract is due to expire.

I've had no issues with customer service. Can do most things from their app with one tap. Very happy with them.
