TCB has an option known as OnCard which lets you register your credit card and then whenever you use that card at the retailer (in this case Starbucks) you will get cash back in your TCB account.
The Starbucks offer is one of many OnCard offers, the full list can be seen here topcashback.co.uk/onc…rs/ - each offer needs to be activated, so have a look and see if any others might be of benefit

It's only twice per period, technically excludes Starbucks cards top-ups and tracking is especially flaky at franchised stores. Franchised stores also don't always automatically apply 'Gold' Starbucks freebies either.

Is this £1.25 cash back max? Can it be used twice therefore £2.50 in total? T&Cs aren't very clear

it should be on every purchase of up to £5. So if you spent a fiver in Starbucks each day, you TCB should be £1.25 per day, resulting in £5.25 TCB each week.

I have sent them my credit card screenshot of purchases so should be ok. 25% of £20 for me so next time I'll just get a £20 gift card

You may not be able to do that. Cash back is only on purchases up to £5

Mine have not been tracking. Contacted TCB and they said they were aware of this issues and unless I retained the receipts they would not be doing anything.

I like glennseale18's approach. Topping up a Starbucks card with £5 would be a good approach and should be easily evidenced as you could print of a view from your online Starbucks account

I use this all the time. Just top up a gift card and your dandy for 25% off your own coffee if you just spend the card yourself.
