You need to add your beauty card electronically.

I didn't and no discount. But once I had gone into account and linked the card it worked :grin:

Can you use student discount on top?

Lacoste touch of pink 50ml was £45 now £25 also says half price when it should say up-to half price. I've just placed the order so it should be. With 20% off makes it £18.50. Quick get order in and call customer service to get the £2.50 refunded after dispatch

worked out that the discount wasnt working agsinst a DKNY fragrance that is already on offer so prob that is why 20% never worked for me.

Invictus 100ml gift set is £48 after discount which is good

Discount not coming off - I am logged in and the card is linked to the account. Tried both Chrome & IE and cleared all cookies still the same.

Also when trying to delete items in my basket it is coming up that site is down for maintenance ...

Just got off the phone and the lady said it is not an error so will not be refunded. Have cancelled my order.

So they are guilty of false advertising then?? 20% off all Fragrances is the deal .... no T&C's saying items are excluded, basically they are breaking the law.

I can't get the discount and even worse I still can't checkout - have even made an account in my parents name and attached my health and beauty card to it but even then I try to checkout and it comes up site under maintenance.

Tried everything but looks like they don't want my cash ... :poop:
