That's exactly the same T&C for other voucher offers including the Wilko one I got last week, and I did not even collect items from store as I had no intention to. Vc have no way to verify that you have collected items from store! My voucher is as good as in my swag bag already! :skull_crossbones:

To my knowledge, there are nothing from argos to show you had collected the item. I do fast track collection nos of time without giving anything (or email after) or I needed to sign anything on spot.
I think voucher code could not track you order so maybe just send that argos order email (the one as receipt showing all the details of that order).
