When you redeem the code on the Xbox you get rocket league NOT £16 credit. That would be amazing if you did, free money.

You can pay for it then email/text the code to someone else. Cdkeys is not linked to your Xbox account. I usually buy the codes for my son to use on his Xbox.

Got this for £15 with 3 months of XBL, given what it's going for now, it roughly works out at £2.50 per month of Live which still isn't bad.
I'm finally starting to go off Rocket League, playing a minimum of 3/4 hours per night is going to do that to you.
Nonetheless, very fun and addictive game.
It's incredibly discouraging for the first few tries but once you eventually get the knack, it's a pleasure to play.
I bought Overwatch the week before this and played Overwatch religiously for that week, but haven't touched it since I got RL.

They've added an additional screen that asks for an email address, but you can type anything and you will still get a code, so not that hard to get..
