From the info
Both campaign and multiplayer will be accessible on Xbox One; 343 Industries even announced that the games will support cross-generation LAN connections, meaning that you can connect an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One together to play some local multiplayer.

Yeah I read that. But what I mean is. Will the original Halo 3 Bungie Microsoft, run with MCC Halo 3 or will we have to get two Physical copies of halo 3

From the info
"In addition, once the games are made backwards compatible, every one of their DLC packs will be free to download, as well. This ensures that the player bases won't be fragmented and that every player will have access to every map released across the titles."

I don't think odst is backward compatible on Xbox one ... you have to buy digital download. Disk does not work.

Yeah for people who had MCC when the multiplayer was rubbish!
Think I would rather have the remastered versions personally.

Exactly. I already have MCC. And Halo 3 left over from my 360 days. Recently got ODST for a quid Not bothered about Halo 4 for the sake of achievements and space on my shelf. Nice post op been looking all day for updates online

All worth a playthrough IMO. However, Halo Anniversary is showing as £9.70 for me. Is that the right link?
