Exactly same issues with me. First ordered BioShock The Collection as New, and received an unsealed battered junk. Complained to them and they said the discs should be fine, if that wasn't good enough then I should refund it. Ordered Mafia 3 Collector's Edition, New, and again received an unsealed and battered product. Same happened with Tomb Raider too. This is all within the space of a month.

Wouldn't trust these shysters again after they sent me a pre owned Mafia 3 Collectors edition instead of new. Take ages to answer a phone or web chat and then make out you just have to take it to your local store to sort it out.

Agree with you completely. Has happened three times with me. Game is ****. They even made out that warehouse takes the CD out but cases are so battered
