I got this deal via Webchat.
No headphone which isn't a dealbreaker but I got all of the rest. Whilst a 12 month contract isn't ideal, it's better than having no signal at all with PN & EE.
I probably won't use the entertainment part of the deal as I don't watch TV much & I don't like what Sky Sports have to offer, so the data will be used using tethering to my Galaxy Tab S2.

Yes from me as well. It's their £19, 16gb deal. Mobiles.co.uk site calls it 'Vodafone 4G Red Entertainment Sim Only £19 16GB 12m' . Vodafone says 'SIM onlyKeep the phone you love and get 12 months of entertainment with a Red Entertainment SIM only plan.'

I just got offered the following with Vodafone upgrade team: Unlimited Minutes, Unlimited texts and 10GB of Global Roaming Data, 12 month entertainment package for £16.20 per month (£27 per month - 40% loyalty discount) and first 2 months free. Works out £13.50 per month

Because they changed the deals on their website, and changed my package name to a different tarriff. There was no documentation saying spotify came with my deal, it just said RED BUNDLE 25GB UNLIMITED MINUTES UNLIMITED TEXTS or similar. Their site said all red bundles above 10gb or something came with free spotify, and it had a little icon next to it saying free spotify.
After they changed their website to exclude the tarriff I was on, they refused to accept it unless I provided proof, which I did not have.
And because they changed the tarriff to a different one without my consent, I lost my cashback.
So I'm paying £20/month, whereas if either had tracked, it would have been £15/month and if both tracked £10/month. I was banking on at least one of them working.

Global Roaming is a replacement for the World Traveller service. No need to beware, clearly states roaming is free within the Europe zones and £5 per day in most other locations within Global Roaming.

BEWARE..awful network. Couldn't get 3G in my town let alone 4G, hardly live in the shetlands either. so glad when my 24 month contract came to an end. I recorded the dates, times and who I spoke to when I cancelled my contract. the cheeky gits reckoned I owed them hundreds because I cancelled the contract early. I got it all sorted out in the end after tens of phone calls and being passed from pillar to post. never again have I been treated so badly by such a huge company.

How can they deny all knowledge if you have it in writing/on email? And why are you still paying for something you didn't agree to?
I have to add, I've had my run-ins with Voda CS before. I had a roaming problem, they "reconnected" my services to resolve it, which was cancelling and re-adding the tariff on, but the CS guy messed it up. Left me with no Entertainment and no World Traveller. My roaming cost soared and it took 3 months to get resolved.
Needless to say, I didn't pay the incorrect bill (used my bank's Direct Debit Guarantee to get the money back), and it was hassle I could have done without, but it did get sorted eventually.
I certainly wouldn't be paying for something I didn't agree to and have emails of what I ordered as evidence.

You do as it is essentially the £19/mo discounted red entertainment package listed on Vodafone's website but with £99 cashback. (If you click product details on the mobiles.co.uk offer and scroll down you will see it mentions the available entertainment packages - Spotify or NOW TV).

I ignored SO MANY warnings on this site when I got my sim.
My contract also came with free spotify + cashback from topcashback. I GOT NEITHER. They changed my package without telling me, denied all knowledge. The coverage is shite, I can barely browse and I am half way up a giant tower with 360 panoramic views of the city centre.

My experience with this deal.
After filled all my information and clicked PAY, the webpage turns "Something wrong with your order, better call the sales team". So I gave them a call, the guy on the phone told me that the Headphones is OOS, so they can offer a 50 quid Gift Card. I told him I am not interested about the Gift Card, then he said he confused me, the headphone is still available. And he tired to make a push sale but I refused it. He seems not happy about my decision and repeat saying "you can get the same deal as you can get it online".
Beware, this offer is online only, so you might get a different plan through talking to them by phone.

The deal is a bit confusing... Click get deal, and the headphones and £19 offer should be on the right. If you click Full Plan Details, you can see what is included. This shows 12 months entertainment pass. At the top it says that this is a 12-month plan, but if you click £13 monthly discount section, it says the discount is over 27 months.
I've gone for it, if it is 27 months, I'll cancel!

This is much better than EE as EE cap their speed at 60mps for most sim only deals. What it means in practice is that you only get one third of their normal speed or even lower in practice, unless you buy their top of the range phones.

To download bill from Vodafone takes 1 min. inc. login. To upload bill to mobiles takes also 1 min. inc. login. That is 2 well paid minutes every few months, which gives you £30. They are reliable, I was with them past 12 months and just transfered my other number to them, despite vodafone has the poorest customer service ever. Price below £10 for 16gb is a no brainer.
