Was shopping around for a good sim only deal, as a current Spotify user (£9.99/mo) this seemed like a good deal!
25gb Data Unlt. Text Unlt. Minutes
Plus Vodafone Roaming (more than others)
£25 p/m (£300pa) £100 Auto Cashback
Net cost £16.66 p/m
For me it works out under £10 per month since I was paying £9.99 for Spotify anyway. A good deal considering the amount of Data etc. I guess if you don't use Spotify might be some slightly better deals but with the data on offer I think it's competitive even with their shocking (so I'm told) customer service!
£10.50 Topcashback possible.
Hope this helps!

Is it easy to get another deal like that as I also took one from mobiles like that.
Do you have to close the account and start a fresh?

Vodafone connected me through to the police once mid complaint call, instead of another department. Aswell as many other problems. Took 2 months to get a 12 month sim working properly and hours of complaining. Then still had issues. For 6 months i had refunds on all my bills due to problems. Thats 50% of the time. 4g also tops out at 30mb everywhere i go, but on average its 3-20mb!! 3g is also pretty slow, and overall coverage is average-good.
Luckily i can cancel this rubbish in a month or so.
I also vote avoid!

I am planning on going for this from Mobiles.co.uk to replace my 20gb entertainment tariff for the last year with cash back working out at £10.50 per month, Vodafone couldn't even match this deal, No issues at all with mobiles.co.uk or Vodafone 4g everywhere I need it and there European roaming is far better than my experience with 3

I have bought from e2save numerous times and had no problems whatsoever. I am not sure what you guys have been buying or doing but their T&C's are pretty obvious. With auto cashback there is no faffing around and should be fairly straight forward..

Have you ever had any problems with any other company ever before? If so there are people who haven't had an issue with that company.... So they might decide to ignorantly proclaim "I am not sure what you have been buying or doing but their T&C's are pretty obvious" lol
The point is every company can slip up from time to time, (this one does fairly often by the sounds of it) but it's how that problem is resolved in the end that matters. In my case it wasn't at all by them, awful experience
I went for a deal from then on here, and there were posts like this one saying avoid avoid. But I thought bah what could go wrong? It's written right there, I'm sure it'll be fine and it's just a minority.
WRONG! Worst customer support ever. They cancelled my order+reissued it on a different tarriff without telling me, I lost my cashback, and I lost my free spotify, so ended up tied into a contract costing me £20/month. The signal is garbage the 4g sucks even though I'm sitting in a skyscraper with 360 degree panoramic views in the city centre... They basically pulled 2 fast ones on me. NEVER again. AVOID!!!

I'm leaving Vodafone after 12 months of similar deal. To be honest, network coverage ok, no problems. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. If you get some billing issue, several calls are needed to get it sorted. Some of my problems were not resolved at all and I'm dealing with telecom ombudsman currently. AVOID VODAFONE BY MILES! (backed up by thousands of customers with same problem as me and also ofcoms penalty 4.6 milion pounds 10/2016) https://www.ofcom.org.uk/about-ofcom/latest/features-and-news/vodafone-fined-4.6-million

If you know someone who works for a company that is a member of the Vodafone Advantage scheme, you can get this for around £18 a month with no faffing around :smiley:https://www.vodafone.co.uk/vodafone-advantage/

Trust pilot won't even let me leave a review on their website for e2save, so can only imagine how bad it would be if everyone trying to was able to

Had the misfortune of dealing with this company for a recent deal on here, I would strongly advise you avoid at all costs. Incompetent from start to (hopefully finally) finish. Terrible customer service. Long story, unreal amount of "uck" ups within the first week. Never got the phone but still got a phone bill 3 weeks later! Totally ignored me when I asked for money back and gave up with them had to go through O2 instead. Also reading complaints on the deal thread people were only getting half the data originally advertised. Just my experience but still suffering a month later!

If you give them a chance they can offer better deals than most. The problem is that when you call them you get connected to different departments so you get conflicting answers. Make sure you keep track of what department and who you speak with (best to do with anyone you call!). Also make sure they write a note on the system of the key details of your request. If you are already a customer then you should only talk to the 'loyalty department' because they can offer the most discount.
I had error after error when renewing with them but I kept track of all my conversations over a week and a half. I reached a point where I had enough so got put through to the resolutions team to complain and explained what happened. They could see on the systems how many times I called and the conflicting notes from other people and of course the calls are recorded so I knew what I was saying was right. After pushing hard and escalating the call to higher resolution department I ended up getting £210 back and some extra net (we have 3 contracts). Effectively we got 50% off on all contracts.

Spotted a better deal via Quidco direct through Vodafone.
£80 cash back
£20 a month for 20gb with red entertainment on a 12 month contract.
5gb less but save £60 over the year.

Scrolling through the offers on that link and £20 cash back is the max I can see.
Edit
Found it , weird how it's the only deal not highlighted.
I'd be concerned they would deny the deal existed, take a screen grab if ordering.
