Vodafone have dropped the price of their 76mbps Fibre Broadband from £33 a month to £30. Previously this was the price for existing customers only.
Vodafone have confirmed to me that the Router is free with both Fibre Packages.
Top Cashback are offering £100 for signing up to the 76mbps package. This brings the deal down to the equivalent of £24.44 a month over the 18 month contract. Seems pretty decent when compared to other providers charges.

This doesn't include line rental?

is there a further discount for existing Vodafone mobile customers? Their website has left it out, so I'm guessing there isn't a discount anymore....

They don't charge separately for line rental so the £30 is for both line rental and broadband.

Seems like this has now gone and just one straight cost for all.

:'( signed up a few days ago and arranged install. £33 a month. Goddamit. I wonder if I should cancel and sign up again. double credit check though :disappointed:
FYI there is no activation/install charge either which is nice. but only if you have an existing phone line which I guess most people do.
Edit: retentions team just matched it woohoo thanks op!!! would never have thought to check.

Be aware vodafone charge for the router for all new customers (49.99). I didn't see anything at all about it until I got our first month bill through the post, it's hidden somewhere in the T&C's . We also had to pay 60 upfront to arrange an OpenReach engineer to reconnect a deactivated line in our rental property which is a little pricy considering there's not much to it!

Just ordered and the £49 setup fee is currently being waived. Read the Ts&Cs and don't see any other mention of it so should be good...

All companies have been made to price broadband as one cost including line rental by the ASA

I didn't "get them to" - if you look at the image I posted you'll see that the one-off fee is currently £0 for a fibre connection.

Looks like I'm gonna have to get hold of Vodafone then as my bill said 50 quid for the router! It's not even been activated yet, been waiting till the 18th!

Do you need to be able to receive BT fibre optic to get this deal as my local exchange is currently copper? Sad in this day and age and I'm in London!

Been with them since launch. Well worth the money. Fiber 76, I get 60mbs. No downtime and much more reliable than BT.

It all depends how much data limit your telephone line support. DSL is useless if you have a poor line in your area

Great price so I jumped and the £100 to pay off termination fees will cover the £65 for the router and 1 months fibre, £9,75 email I got from BT today

Well i've had a bad experience.. i'm on it right now today.
I got activated 3 days ago. on the first day, I got 73mbits. Then I got 12 Then I got 6.
Their response was oh it's just the line setting down. But I think it's the contention. When the speed drops it always happens around 6pm-10pm any other time I get the full speed. So I'm cancelling within the cooling off period and going back to Sky

right now at 4pm the next day:
In about 3 hours or so, I'm going to be getting 6 mbit again ....

I posted this deal and have had the service for just over a week now. Getting great speeds steady connection. No complaints so far. The switch was smooth and I didn't have to do anything. Vodafone cancelled by old provider for me and everything just clicked over on the day as planned
