UPDATE: Shows out of stock but states "Ordered on request". Several people have successfully ordered this.
New, way cheaper deal than the recent expired Amazon one. Currently £44.06 on Amazon not including delivery. Mine arrived in 2 days from BT Shop with standard 99p delivery.
Fast, good spec 128GB card at a decent price.
I've looked at loads of SD cards for Samsung S8, this seems to me a very price for a high spec, high capacity card, by today's prices.
As you probably know SD card buying is a bit of a minefield, this card has almost 1000 reviews on Amazon and rates at 4.5, which is a reasonable indicator.
The usual cautions regarding fake cards etc, but this is from the BT shop and carries a 5 year warranty, so I'm pretty confident in mine.
Specialised for 4K/full HD recording
Designed for extreme environment usage
Perfect for mobile devices
Highly durable - waterproof (IPX7), shockproof and X-ray proof
Class 10 storage card with 90 MB/s max read speed.
NB: Does NOT work in Samsung microwaves.

It's ordered upon request again for me. Ordered one even though I don't really need it at the moment but just beware the write speeds for this card are around 30 MB/s. That's enough for 4K @ 100Mbps easily but might not be fully future proof. I'll keep this as a spare backup although my camera battery is more likely to run out before my existing 128GB storage - anyone see a deal for a Lumix GX80 battery? :P

Yeah, this deal has gone nuclear for some reason, flash memory prices have doubled and this I suppose is fair given the current situation. Should have been under £20 now given how price per GB usually works over time.

yeah I was trying to work out why this was so hot given past deals being low £20 ish but seems prices are all up at £40. still not sure why so much heat for £6 saving lol

Yeah I just bought one - 4k videos really kill the battery life so hopefully two batteries will get me through a day.
Haha didn't think I'd get so much flack for that comment but fair enough, I take my comment back. It probably will last a decent amount as 4k 30fps @ 100Mbps is very decent already. In theory with 30MBps write speed it could support up to roughly 240Mbps bitrate recording which is still really decent and will without doubt last a while.
I have the 64GB variant of this back from when they were £13 and it has been fine so no doubt this one will be too.

Unlikely you'll see those batteries on offer. I bought 3 expro batteries and an external charger and they're working well for me here on my India trip.

Future Proof. Depends on how long you're planning on living for? If it's a few years then no problem, anymore and we can discuss it. I know it will be crap in 20 years time and most likely 5 years time, so if you live 5 years then sorry it's not future proof and you wasted your money if that's the criteria for value for money you're working with.

Great deal, a bit too late as I already bought myself a 64 GB one Sandisk Extreme from eBay.
Wonder what's the write speed on this one? On mine it's 65MB/s in real life tests.

terrible write speed for a card of this size, but a good price
Took a punt as the Amazon pre order one is taking forever, will cancel whichever dispatches last.

I used a sandisk that wasn't in their recommendations and it worked great for hours.
I'd personally risk it and buy this card.
(note, maybe not, I only recorded in 1080 60 fps. Unsure about 4k)
