How do I claim cashback?
If your deal included a cash back by redemption or a line rental discount this will be shown on your order confirmation email. Your cash back is claimable in five instalments over the initial duration of the airtime agreement. Cash back on 12 month contracts must be claimed during billing months 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 from the date of connection or upgrade. Cash back on 18 and 24 month contracts is claimed during billing months 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 from the date of connection or upgrade.
To claim, simply fill out our cash back claims form which can be found in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.
Please note that claims must be received within 60 days from the date shown on the mobile bill you provide to be valid.
Once approved cash back is paid within 14 working days directly into your bank account as supplied by you at the point of ordering.
Please note that you cannot claim a cash back if you have cancelled your order, disconnected the SIM card from the network, or you have changed your price plan with us, or with the network. The mobile bill you provide to us to at the point of your claim must be in relation to the mobile number we connected or upgraded. If you ported a different number to your new contract, the bills then need to show the number you have ported to.
If your contract includes automatic-cashback, you do not have to claim for this and it will be paid within 90 days of connection.
Cashback will become void for customers who disconnect from the network prior to their payment being made.
Go Binge lets you stream videos and music to your heart’s content, infinitely. We’ve partnered up with the likes of Deezer and Netflix to make your data streaming woes a thing of the past.
What's included?
Currently, the following services are available:
NetflixTVPlayerDeezerSoundCloud
We’re always looking to add more services though, and we’ll let you know when we do.
Are there any limits on how much I can stream?
No. As long as you have some of your regular data allowance left, you can Go Binge on our selected partners as much as you like

This is how I feel for paying more for the same deal :disappointed:
good deal. im already with three how can i keep my number?

7 Jul 171#18
You need to get your sim changed to a PAYG. Then once you get this sim get the PAYG sim number to this.

Claiming cashback is very easy. Just make sure that your bill has the correct details on it ie name address and mobile number.
Login and on the page that opens to the right it says Claim your cashback.
Fill out the form and upload the bill.
I claimed 2 weeks ago and within 7 minutes it was approved and paid in 7 days

From what I know, you have to transfer your number to another network then back again to the new three sim
vassy1
7 Jul 171#19
Nope. You can get it changed to a PAYG and then port the number to this.

Yeah, I discussed this with them. They state that for us to receive it we need to move to a plan with more mins/data, but I receive ultd mins and data...I don’t think there’s one above that excited
I’m really only interested in it if they come back to me with the nod for hotspot

So can you use Netflix and deezer to download files on your phone using your wifi? Or can you only use these with the 4gb data you have ?
tommyangelot
7 Jul 17#25
If you go directly through TCB will be £5.25/m for a essential plan (4Gb) without Go Binge or Feel at Home tho.
Or 8Gb Advanced plan with all above but just 600 minutes for £7.42.

I'm confused by it after reading more... So do they give you have to subscribe to these services but you can stream them for free? Or is it like Vodafone where they give you a Spotify login >?

madarhin to sudhu
7 Jul 17#37
Nor can I. The website shows the same deal as this but with no cashback, or with the essential plan rather than the advanced for £9/month.
Has anyone heating this deal actually managed to buy one?
madarhin
7 Jul 17#34
My TCB shows at £30.30 and gives a warning when you click it that there is a known issue with cashback tracking with the site and to contact them if nothing shows after 7 days..

7 Jul 17#35
Shouldn't this be expired as no one seems to be able to find it? Maybe it's been pulled?

7 Jul 171#36
I think what they are saying is that the data used when streaming these services is not counted towards your data allowance, i.e. you still need to pay for the subscriptions.
pintxo_21
7 Jul 17#38
Are you sure that 31.50 TCB is for 12 months SIM only new contracts? Wouldn't be for new phones 24months c i contracts?
bikeydz
7 Jul 17#39
I think the cashback from TCB is for phone contract (new/upgrade) for Mobile Phone Direct, unless a rep here confirms the opposite.
madarhin
7 Jul 17#40
I see the same as that. I may be missing something but the £12/month deal doesn't have £48 cashback? The £15/month deal has £48 cashback bringing it down to £11/month.
vassy1
7 Jul 171#41
Gosh!! Guess they might have pulled it off?
airdsuk
7 Jul 17#42
For the confused, it is just free streaming ie no data charges, for these services that is free, not the service! You still need a subscription with Netflix, or Deezer, etc. And as youd be more than likely using wifi - assuming its the better connection, at home anyway.

Arekkusu
7 Jul 17#46
Why does this deal have so much heat? You can get over 8gb of data for a similar price. GoBinge doesn't even have YouTube, Spotify or a video call service.
andyj222 to Arekkusu
7 Jul 17#47
What's better out there? Genuinely interested?.
Arekkusu
7 Jul 17#48
There isn't one for my knowledge. But you can get 12gb data for £11 a month with cashback. I just think 4gb of data isn't good enough for even light usage anymore. I use Spotify, Browse the internet and use YouTube sparingly and my average data usage is 5.5gb of data a month peaking at 7.5gb. The GoBinge is only decent if you use Netflix. I might consider if better services jump on-board, but until then this deal has potential to bite you on your ass if you use YouTube and get extra charges if you exceed your limit. The reason why the deal is so cheap is because it pants. Don't get something just because it's cheap make sure it suits your needs first.

The offer from Three directly has Feel at Home included but same package from TCB hasn't, so it may be deal breaker for some.

⚠️⚠️WARNING STAY AWAY⚠️⚠️
First off The Signal for three 90% of the time I have 1 bar signal so your ages waiting for pages to load... rubbish service
I've been with three for a number of months. Topping up with min of £50 per month and my wife tops up with £25 per month..
I've been in France so far three has charged me £150 and my wife £75.. I'm moving to Vodafone as three offers 9gb when abroad
rnem170 to ThomasHiggins
9 Jul 17#57
Do you work for Vodafone? If you top up by £50 per month you have no common sense.
For £35 per month you can have AYCE everything on a 1 month rolling with 30GB hotspot and Feel At Home.

9 Jul 17#58
Awww, what.. I ordered this and then it says on the email, 'We offer cash backs on selected deals on our website and if you have cash back then it will appear on your order summary above'.
My order summary is:
Three £12.00 per month
+ Unlimited Minutes
+ Unlimited Texts
+ 4 GB Mobile Internet
+ 12 Month Contract
No mention of cashback... FFS I'm an idiot. Just went blindly in and ordered because of this deal.

10 Jul 17#59
So you and your wife are on PAY AS YOU GO seen as you top up £50 per month...right?.
How have three charged you £150 when you can simply topup when you need to.????
Plus why are you sticking around if you're only getting 1 bar?
And finally, you can get FREE ROAMING, even in France on a much cheaper three sim only deal. £20 to £30 easily.
Vodafone are not cheaper than three.
All sounds too fishy.
