Incredible heat for a book full of text with a few small photos, copy and paste of recipes including stock photos and copied photos..complete plagarism?!

Also worth noting that the picture of the "author" on the Amazon page seems to be from a stock photo website. depositphotos.com/817…tml

Thats rather an ignorant comment, the spicing in proper Indian food is very very subtle - very few dishes are just hot from lots of chilli. Thats the stuff you get in small town British curry houses for the post-pub drunken idiots.

Thank you oh enlightened one. I'm sure people can enjoy Indian food along with Persian, Caribbean, Mexican etc... Believe it or not, there may be people out there that exist who have tried the Persian her bed Celery chicken and at the same time, they also like an Indian curry

No no no. I'm not one of those ignorant people, please don't get that impression from my post.
I'm the opposite. I find it depressing that British have such small horizons when it comes to food - italian, indian and chinese. Sometimes french food. That's it, on average.
But let me tell you un-enlightened: middle-eastern food blows the socks off all of the above cuisines 9 times out of 10 (aside from perhaps French). Ever tried Persian Herbed Celery chicken? Not a spice in sight. That's not to say middle-eastern food is always non-spicy.

Just cause you can't handle your chillies doesn't mean everyone else can't!

Cold. All overly spicy food is vastly overrated here in the UK. It's senseless (forgive the pun) to eat spicy food that is sometimes so spicy that your taste buds are literally burned. How can you really taste food when your taste buds are singed? Nearly everyone that says they 'like spicy food' has an uncultured palette.

Very suspect to read a 21st century cookbook with about 7 small photos of food especially a quality camera is as cheap as hot dinners.

It's a matter of taste I suspect

Can't see why lack of pictures are a problem, provided the recipes are good.

No quality picture instantly discredits any credibility about the greatest (there are about 7 small photos in the whole ebook), confirms the author does not cook at all by virtue of showing nothing, especially it is ever so easy to include digital photos these days in Kindle. Additionally the cover photo looks like it is taken from the same source as this web page https://www.redhotsunglasses.co.uk/blog/national-curry-week-travel-tuesday/ which indicates the curry dishes came from England and not directly from India.
