I find them okay. On the one time I was unhappy with them for sending the wrong item they refunded me and said to keep it.

Sorry cold. Find they are consistently VERY slow in delivering, last CD took so long, had raised a claim on ebay, but arrived the next day. Present album, bought and paid for on the 7th. Nothing. Won't be using them again.
