The Amazon preview makes it look like a list of topics that you have to read about elsewhere.
There's a fair few topics, and to learn about these in sufficient detail you'd need a degree, in a subject like, say, computing?

Quite the opposite. High quality, maintainable software development is being kept in the UK.
The main thing that's getting outsourced is things like app dev that just needs to be churned out with no regards to quality.

Yeah I just checkout on 99p books and it deducts the cost on the order, not sure how you can check how many you've got left though
